Fund Objective

The Large Cap Bear 3X EFT seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the inverse (or opposite) of the price performance of the Russell 1000® Index (“Large Cap Index"). There is no guarantee the fund will meet its stated investment objective.

Target Index

The Russell 1000® Index measures the performance of the large-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe. It is a subset of the Russell 3000® Index and includes approximately 1000 of the largest securities based on a combination of their market cap and current Index membership. The Index represents approximately 90% of the U.S. market and has an average market capitalization of $11.877 billion dollars and a median market capitalization of $4.044 billion dollars as of January 29, 2010. One cannot directly invest in an Index.
